Sometimes you just go whoa
Ive had two kids have a birthday in the last 5 days. Nothing like realizing your baby is 1/2 way to adulthood to make you reflect. Yesterday while going potty (i know tmi-but theres a point) anyways I stopped and took a look around and realized Im in here alone. I know you moms know exactly what Im talking about. I can close the door and take care of business with out any inerference from the other side. Arent you jealous? Trust me it rocks! No one told me when you became a parent for the first 5-10 years there would be a alarm that would go off in your childs head that alerted them to you needing to releive yourself. And that at exactly that moment your child will have a 5 alarm emergency, you know the one where they cant find there sock or favorite bear.

Something new
IM BACK!
After a lost password and many other technical difficulties, I'm finally back. So much has happened since my last post, I don't know where to begin............So I'll just jump right on in. First my son is doing great, had his knee looked at. Its Osgood Slater (I'm a terrible speller) aka jumpers knee aka growing pains. While they're alittle more painfull then growing pains, its nothing serious and he will out grow in the next few years. Praise GOD. Second, I have a ongoing serious issue with my youngest child. Sometimes I feel a exorcism is in need. She will go from my sweet funny baby, to a screaming lunatic, for no reason I can come up with. I have been talking to Dr.s (we wont go into those feelings) since she was 3. NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TOO ME. When they did, it was only to tell me to try time outs, stricter discipline, or my favorite Maybe shes not as bad as you think she is. Im her mom I am suppose to be bias when it comes to my kids, and think they are angles. This one isnt. Anyways this Dr. I am seeing says she might be bi-polar, while I dont think thats quite hitting the nail on the head, we are at least getting some where. Of coarse it took me video taping my baby to prove my point, but what ever it takes, right? Now we are waiting for a physciatrist appt., mind you i have been trying for a month now to find one, with no luck. The closest one is in Terrell, 1 hr and 15 mins each way. So for now I have no choice but to leave it in GODS hands to show me the way.
Onto other news, schools going great. Kids are doing very well, couldnt be prouder. My son has found a love for community service (yes im beaming). Hopefull if things go they way I hope, the kids and I are hoping to provide a family or 2 with a thanksgiving meal (his idea) and My oldest want to donate all her birthday gifts to toys for tots (my eyes are tearing up). You know you are doing something right when your kids come to you with ideas like these. They are all great kids.

Praise GOD
Well today my sons feeling better......Thank goodness. Guess it was a parasite or something to that effect. I wont go into detail how I know but let me say I'm pretty lucky to have any wallpaper left on the bathroom walls. Anyways, I hope everyone has a good weekend!

Update...More love than hate...
Well they didnt send him to a e.n.t., turns out im right and the nurse doesnt know what shes talking about. They did however do more lab work on him, we're checking his liver, spleen, kidney function, and thyroid. Doctor seems just as puzzled as me. We are however upping his vitamin c intake, so if this is some sort of virus, he'll have help fighting it. I feel a little better, but not totally.
